Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

6 Chilis

200 ml water

200 gr sugar

50 ml vinegar

2 tbsp ginger syrup

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp corn starch

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Remove the seeds from 3 of the chili's, leave the other 3 with seeds.

Put the water with the chili's in a pan an simmer for 10 minutes on a low fire.

Add the vinnegar, sugar and ginger syrup.

Use the blender to make it into a smooth sauce.

Mix 1 tbsp corn starch with 2 tbsp hot water.

Make sure the sauce is boiling and add some of the corn starch mixtrure while stiring.

Repeat step 6 until you reach the proper consistency.
